Delete Account

When you confirm deletion, Petal9 / Vybrr will remove or anonymize eligible account records tied to your signed-in Clerk account. This may include your Vybrr profile, Petal9 customer profile, saved preferences, profile settings, messages, flower requests, AI Petal records, uploaded profile content, and other account-related data where deletion is legally and technically permitted.

Some records may be deleted immediately, while records connected to active transactions, safety reviews, subscriptions, chargebacks, fraud prevention, taxes, or legal obligations may be retained in a limited form.

Petal9 / Vybrr may keep limited records needed for completed orders, invoices, payment and subscription history, refund handling, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, platform safety, moderation, or legal compliance.

Where possible, retained records are minimized or anonymized so they are no longer directly tied to your active profile. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers, and Petal9 / Vybrr should not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

This page never asks you to provide a user ID. The secure backend verifies your current signed-in Clerk account server-side before any deletion or anonymization begins.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You may lose access to your Petal9 account, Vybrr profile, storefront access, saved preferences, messages, flower requests, AI Petal history, and related community features.

After a successful deletion request, Petal9 / Vybrr will sign you out and redirect you to the home page.
