This Privacy Policy explains how Petal9 and Vybrr collect, use, protect, and manage personal information across our private, subscription-based platform, including AI Petal, florist storefronts, messaging, user accounts, flower ordering, and community features.
1. Information We Collect
Petal9 and Vybrr may collect account information such as your name, email address, username, password-related authentication records, profile details, preferences, login activity, support requests, and account settings.
We may collect Petal9 information such as flower preferences, AI Petal prompts, uploaded inspiration images, occasion details, card messages, recipient names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, florist selections, orders, delivery status, and customer service history.
We may collect Vybrr information such as profile details, interests, matches, communities, messages, flower requests, reports, blocks, moderation history, subscription status, and safety-related activity.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate Petal9 and Vybrr, provide account access, support subscriptions, process flower orders, generate AI Petal recommendations, connect users, support florists, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, improve features, and comply with legal or business obligations.
Petal9 and Vybrr are private and subscription-based, not ad-funded social media platforms.
Petal9 and Vybrr do not sell personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party ad networks.
3. Account and Profile Information
Account and profile information may be used to create your account, show your profile where intended, personalize your experience, manage security, provide support, and verify eligibility for certain services.
Users should keep account information accurate and should not share login credentials with others.
Profile information may be visible to other users depending on the feature, your settings, matches, communities, messages, or interactions.
4. Vybrr Messaging and Community Features
Vybrr may include messaging, matches, communities, social profiles, interests, reporting tools, blocking tools, and flower-sending features.
Messages and community activity are not intended for public search engine indexing, but they may be visible to intended recipients, matched users, community members where applicable, admins, moderators, and support staff when needed for safety, moderation, support, or legal compliance.
We may review reported content or use automated tools and human review to detect spam, fraud, harassment, threats, fake accounts, payment abuse, unauthorized intimate imagery, or other unsafe behavior.
5. Send Flowers and Private Address Consent
Vybrr users may send flower requests through Petal9. The recipient must accept the request before entering a delivery address.
A recipient's delivery address in the Send Flowers flow should remain private from the sender.
Delivery information should only be used to complete the flower order, support delivery, prevent fraud, resolve customer support issues, handle disputes, and maintain required business records.
Users may not misuse flower-sending features to pressure, harass, locate, track, or intimidate another person.
6. Florist and Business Information
Florists and businesses may provide business names, contact details, storefront details, product information, delivery zones, license information, payment details, tax information, verification materials, and customer service records.
We may use florist and business information to review applications, operate storefront tools, route orders, support fulfillment, process payouts, prevent fraud, and maintain compliance records.
Petal9 may share limited order and delivery details with florists, delivery drivers, couriers, fulfillment partners, and support providers as needed to complete orders.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple, Google, or other processors.
Petal9 and Vybrr should not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials on their own servers.
We may receive limited billing, subscription, invoice, refund, chargeback, payment status, and fraud-prevention information from payment providers so we can operate subscriptions, storefront tools, and paid services.
8. AI Petal and Generated Content
AI Petal may process prompts, uploaded images, flower preferences, card messages, occasion details, delivery context, and related order information to generate floral recommendations, arrangement ideas, product suggestions, descriptions, or other outputs.
Third-party AI providers may process data through secure APIs when needed to provide AI Petal features.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, available, or suitable for every use. Users and florists should review AI output before relying on it or using it in a transaction.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure performance, understand feature usage, and prevent fraud.
We do not use third-party ad networks or data brokers to sell or trade user data.

10. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help operate Petal9 and Vybrr, including hosting providers, payment processors, identity and authentication providers, AI providers, email providers, analytics and security tools, customer support tools, florists, couriers, fulfillment partners, and fraud-prevention services.
We may share information when required by law, to protect users, to enforce policies, to investigate abuse or fraud, to respond to legal requests, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party ad networks.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. Users should use strong passwords, protect account access, and report suspicious activity.
We may monitor login activity, device signals, IP address, browser type, approximate location, failed login attempts, active sessions, and other signals to protect accounts and detect abuse.
12. User Choices and Account Deletion
Users may update certain account and profile information through the app or support process.
Users may request account deletion through the Delete Account page or support process.
When an account deletion request is processed, data may be deleted or anonymized subject to legal, tax, payment, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, and business recordkeeping requirements.
13. Children and Age Restrictions
Vybrr is intended only for users 18 years of age or older.
Petal9 and Vybrr are not intended for children under 13.
If we discover that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it as required by law.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Petal9 and Vybrr grow, legal requirements change, or new features are added.
